- It is only 5-minutes’ walk away from Namdaemun market and Dongdaemun market
- There are a lot of famous places of interest for international visitors to visit nearby the hotel and they include Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, Migliore, Myeongdong Theater, NANTA Theater, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Traditional Korean Hanok Village, Gyeongbokugung Palace, Deoksugung Palace, Insa-dong Bukchon Hanok Village and the others

- As the air-conditioning system is centralized, the temperature will be kept at 26 Celsius and you will not be able to adjust the temperature
- Certain rooms have neither the beautiful view of Namsan Mountain nor the downtown of Seoul City
- There are very few rooms with King-size and Queen-size beds so couples may have to sleep on different beds
- The price of the room per night is costly and overpriced according to some of the guests
